Check in time was 12 PM and we got the room at 3

Pros:

Nearness to airport, friendly staff.
Otherwise, we had to ask the front desk for room cleaning, making bed, keeping towels, or even providing basic supplies of tea/coffee.
Another part is that there is no restaurant, so you will have to order it from somewhere.
