Sehr gutes Frühstück

Check in war sehr freundlich, leider habe ich ein falsches Zimmer und Zimmerkarte bekommen so dass ich in einem Zimmer anderer Personen stand. Nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig. Zimmer waren sauber aber in einem schlechten Zustand. Schimmel und starker Schimmelgeruch im Bad. Das Frühstück war gut, große Auswahl und mit dem Blick aufs Meer das beste bei dem Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber.
Das Frühstück auf dem Dach mit Blick auf den Hafen war super.

First of all wrong configuration of the room as we booked two beds but only one in room. Was moved for second and third nights. Showers in both rooms leaked all over bathroom floor. Hose on shower heard leaked badly. Mold around shower fixture because of constant leaking. No shelves of racks inside shower for shaving or shower accessories not real problem but suggestions. Breakfast was very good. View from top was great. Staff was helpful. Close to downtown.

It's a fantastic hotel. Beautiful, spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The pool is also wonderful for enjoying the sunset.

Der Frühstücksraum war in einem schlechten Zustand und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gering. Nachgefüllt wurde nur sehr spät oder gar nicht. Die Fenster waren undicht, sodass aufgrund der zentralen Lage kein ruhiger Schlaf bis in die späten Stunden möglich war. Ein Spiegel im Badezimmer fehlte leider. Die Internetverbindung war instabil, wodurch eine mehrfache Neuanmeldung erforderlich war.

Terrible place don’t stay.
Do not stay here. This hotel is shoddily built with paper-thin walls. We endured active construction until 12:30 AM, making us feel unsafe. Despite a "Do Not Disturb" sign, staff entered our room without permission to take an iron. The "blankets" are tiny towels, and getting a proper iron was a rude ordeal with no board provided. The WiFi constantly drops out, requiring endless trips to reception. They also lied about advertised parking, costing us an extra £60. Beyond a decent breakfast view, this hotel is utterly ruined by incompetent management. Stay anywhere else.

Für Urlauber mit Auto ist es nicht geeignet,
da der Hotel keine Park Möglichkeit hat.
Gibt zwar Parkplätze vom Privatanbietern, kostet aber pro Tag ca. 40 Euro. Man muss lange in Nebenstraßen Parkplatz suchen, wenn überhaupt Mann eine findet. 😕😕

A little bit tired hotel. Needs attention.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location and the Staff.
The bathrooms are outdated and require alot of maintenance. Toilet seat was cracked causing a pinch like feeling, and the shower floods the bathroom because of severe water leakage!! That was in the first room; the staff were very nice to change the room for us 👍. The new room also had a problem with the toilet seat (broken & moves all over. Shower was leaking but not as bad. I have a video to prove it!!
Other issues were with the manager!! Trying to lecture me instead of giving me an extra blanket and pelowes. The staff were more friendly and cooperative 👍
Oh, I forgot to mention the house keeping... although we switched the greenlight on for cleaning the room; it remaind untouched and messy for 2 days, on the third day I asked the reception to make sure they clean the room!!! They only made the beds and gave us fresh towles... I had to clean the trash bins myself.
