Pros:

Very clean, great communication, helpful staff, super convenient in French Quarter just a few blocks from the Opera House. Loved it! Just FYI, the beds are very firm.

I found the location great for exploring the old quarter, just a short walk away. The cleanliness was perfect and the staff very attentive, easilt contactable over whatsapp. The room with the balcony has been a highlight of my trip

Pros:

Nice hotel with nice staff and a good location) Can recommend it! Only thing which could be improved is the noise level from the neighbours (or construction workers) since it gets loud quite early in the morning.

Customer support is excellent. We love the place. The only "dislike" is it's a little tricky to enter the address to grab, you need to state "ngõ 2 Hàm Long", otherwise if you use your location, it will state "so 2 Ham Long"

Pros:

Lovely shower and gorgeous balcony and surrounding alleyway. Quiet and off the street, the room is practical for a short stay such as ours. We will stay again. Beds are firm and comfortable.
