Pros:

Staff was kind and the room was “surface clean” but the pillows smelt like someone’s b.o. and overall the place felt unclean.

It's okay, but....
Pros:

This place was okay, and fairly accommodating considering we had a late check in. However, we did find hair on 3 of the pillows in the room.

Pros:

Comfortable overnight stay for connecting morning flight. Room size was big, clean, complete in amenities and functional. Staff was cheerful and helpful.

Breakfast was ordinary but ok.

Pros:

Poor service at reception desk. Asked of Hann’s towels which were not avaiable in room three times. Response was somebody will bring in 10 minutes.
Never got anybody to bring hand towels over entire stay of one day.

Pros:

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.
The hot water heater located above the toilet dripped.
There was no hot water despite turning on the hot water heater.
The staff in the reception spoke very loudly, in a building made of concrete in tile it echoed into the room assigned to me, waking me at 6 am.

Pros:

Nice hotel, welcoming and helpful booking taxis. Very convenient for airport overnight stay. Bit of a trip into Delhi but close to Aerocity. They do have windowless rooms which was what I was given even though I specifically didn’t book one so that’s not my favourite choice. Overall would recommend this hotel.
