Nice staff and room

We loved the room. It was very clean and spacious.

Great location downtown… walking distance to grocery store and fun entertainment. We had a great room with a balcony that wrapped around.
They also had a beautiful rooftop terrace to lounge. The valet parking and housekeeping were a bit pricey.

The property wash excellent. The difference of a 4 and 5 for this stay is there were no cups on my last day of stay. Team members seem nice but not friendly. Example, they barely said good morning or hello. Some of the employees appear to be on their phone. Not sure if it was business related. The valet person on duty was very nice. Got the door for me on multiple occasions. Very easy to get a 5 with very minimal turnaround.

Hotel is in the perfect place to walk to nearby restaurants and events. Rooms are spacious, clean, and perfect! Just like the picture. I would give this hotel a 5, but the only problem I had was parking. Valet is $60/night. Parking anywhere around there is pricey because of the events at the stadium. If they had their own parking this hotel would be perfect.

Easy check in. Nice room

Check in time was later than usual for a two night stay. Tried checking in slightly early multiple times, ended up checking my bags in. After coming back after our scheduled check in time we had a 45 minute processing time, just to find out our room had been given away & was trying to say I was going to be charged a no show fee after verbally agreed that is was ok to show up later.

Nice room. Had washer dryer combo which was mind blowing. Felt like a studio apartment. Would recommend to friends and family.

My overall stay as a solo traveler was perfection! I came for a concert at Petco Park, and I felt extremely safe, the staff was perfect and you’re in walking distance to all the popular restaurants and stores. Finally, I loved the fact that it wasn’t like your typical hotel, but a more intimate studio room setup.

Dining options and shops were in close proximity.

Amazing stay, came for the Chris brown concert, only complaint is it was obviously busy with parking but there was no indications of parking for this hotel until after I parked elsewhere and they said "you can park here for the same $60+ you just spent but you can stay until morning!" What? That would've been nice to know that parking wasn't included to begin with, I paid it regardless but had to walk the extra distance to a different parking lot since the main parking lot was not advertised

This was our second time at Sentral Gaslamp and we'll definitely be back. The rooms are compact but have everything including a stove, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishes, cookware, and washer and dryer in the unit! The floor to ceiling windows are fantastic and the views of the city are great! The staff is super friendly, especially the valet. The only bummer is the lack of self parking, but just figure the valet cost into the travel budget.

We went to a padres game and the location couldn't be better. The room had everything we needed. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
