Mistral by the Sea

Spotless, large, modern, and luminous - the Mistral is a great place to stay if you find yourself in this beautiful part of South Goa. Kathleen and her Dad run a great operation that's only a five minute walk from the beach and close to shops and the main village. Highly recommended!

Room was very clean with a great view of the pool & sea beyond. Bed was very comfortable & water in shower was nice & hot. We were told on check in that the water takes a few minutes to get hot, so it wasn’t a problem. Nice sized fridge & tea & coffee facilities. We had a lovely stay

I had a very pleasant stay at Mistral by the Sea. The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered solid, consistent Wi-Fi throughout my visit. Upon arrival, I received a helpful welcome package that included useful contact numbers for taxis, groceries, medical support, and more—very convenient for travelers.

Breakfast is served at the adjacent restaurant, owned by the same hosts, and it was excellent every morning of my stay.
Although the hotel isn’t right on the ocean, the beach is only about a one-kilometer walk away, which made for a pleasant bit of exercise to and from a relaxing day at the beach. When I didn’t feel like walking, a tuk-tuk ride cost just around 100 rupees, making it very convenient.

My room was spacious and overlooked the pool. While I didn’t swim because I prefer the beach, I did check the water and it was a very comfortable temperature. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would happily stay here again.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the hot water in the shower, though I experienced similar issues at multiple locations in India, so it wasn’t unique to this hotel.
Overall, a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt ! Alles super sauber. Das Highlight war natürlich der saubere Pool. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und aufgenommen.

We had a great 6 day stay, excellent place and great host. The place is brand new, just a couple of months old. It would have been great to have more bottled water in the room as we had to refill downstairs. And some handrails as my parents (in their 80s) found it tricky at times. Small things.

A hidden gem in the tranquil surroundings of Trinity Beach. We would highly recommend to prospective guests.
Spacious, comfortable Deluxe room, toiletries provided, pool towels provided. Spacious shower room.
Room had a fridge/ freezer, hairdryer, compact fold out dining table, coffee table, iron, ironing board, tv, kettle and hot drink facilities.
We loved this property and the hospitality of the staff and surroundings so much that we changed our itinerary to return for a 2nd stint.
Being recently renovated, the property is evolving and we thoroughly look forward to returning in the future!
