Cleanliness
8
Generally clean rooms reported and several guests noted spacious, tidy rooms; however a few reviews mentioned dusty rooms and inconsistent housekeeping (room servicing sometimes needed to be requested).
Service
8
Mostly described as friendly, attentive and informative staff; a minority reported poor responses (refusal to change rooms, uninterested staff) and limited reception opening hours.
Location
8.9
Consistently praised for its central location — short walks to the station, buses and city center — frequently called an excellent/very good location.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms are often large and good value, but several guests reported dated or sparsely furnished rooms, uncomfortable pillows, limited TV channels, no in-room fridge and occasional AC or safe problems.
Amenities
7.2
Breakfast and basic amenities are good, but other amenities were mixed: parking garage access problematic or under renovation, intermittent Wi‑Fi in some rooms, AC failures, and missing in-room fridges or a broken safe in some cases.
Value for Money
8.6
Multiple guests highlighted excellent price-to-quality ratio and would rebook; several comments specifically praised the hotel as good value.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Breakfast buffet received frequent praise as very good and varied; a few described it as adequate but overall positive feedback on morning offerings.
Overall Experience
8
Overall stays are positive thanks to location, breakfast and generally friendly staff, but experiences are tempered by parking difficulties, some amenity failures (AC, safe, fridge), occasional cleanliness or service lapses.

Godt hotel til prisen
Pros:

Et fint hotel med venligt og serviceminded personale. Meget fint og stort familieværelse - dog ukomfortable hovedpuder. Lidt bøvlet adgang til parkering grundet ombygning. God og varieret morgenmad.

Nice hotel in good area
Pros:

This was a business trip and the room I had was large, the Wi-Fi was excellent. The hotel is located in a reasonably central location. The room was clean, although it wasn’t serviced over my three day period because that needed to be requested. There was no fridge in the room which I think is an omission.

The breakfast was adequate and gave a reasonable selection.

Pros:

Schon lange haben wir nicht ein so großes Zimmer mit Dachterrasse zu einem sehr guten Preis bekommen! Wir blieben auf Grund einer großen Feier leider nur für eine Nacht, würden aber gerne immer wieder dort übernachten.

Pros:

Great hotel a great location, was there 4 days and they never repaired the room safe.
They thought it was the battery , they tried changing it, they never got it working or made any suggestions as for changing rooms.
