Pros:

A good modern hotel in a very interesting area of ‘real’ Tokyo. Great connections as it’s a few minutes walk to a Yamanote Line station (Ōtsuka). The line connects all of the popular areas of the city you’ll want to see.

The rooms are very compact but well appointed with a kettle. Tea bags and coffee etc are obtained in the reception area along with any extras you may need. The idea is that they’ll supply you with any small items such as a toothbrush etc on an ‘as needed’ basis, so no excess waste.

The bathroom is fully equipped but very compact, so if you’re on the large size, it may be a bit of a squeeze though manageable.

Feels like a brand-new hotel — perfectly clean and well-maintained. Ideal location if you want to avoid super busy areas, yet still close to the train station. Located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing stay. The only improvement would be to enhance the atmosphere of the lobby bar so guests feel more inclined to sit down and enjoy a drink.

Nice clean hotel.. they do not provide breakfast, but nice that they provide some pasties and drinks in the morning for breakfast.. convenience store is nearby, so can buy stuffs and eat in the dinning area provided by the hotel. The only thing to improve is I ask for towels but took some time for them to send to me..

駅から少し歩きますが迷わず行けます。
近くにコンビニもあり便利です。
スタッフは研修中だったのか、対応は覚束無かったです。これからに期待します。
施設サービスも充実していて長期滞在にも良さそうでした。
