Pros:

The water went out for two days. The host is unreachable. I called their phone, texted them, messaged them via Expedia, and Expedia contacted them several times over in several days. Not once could the owner be bothered to reply even once.

There is construction above the bedroom that starts at 8am and continues all day. Are you on vacation? Do you plan to sleep in? Too bad because there is hammering and power tools all day. The floors are very thin and the sound of a nail falling on the floor is loud. The sound of tools are amplified like a drum and physically painful.

I was sent a message the day before my flight demanding a cash payment at the property as a deposit. This is not mentioned in the listing. Luckily there is no one actually at the property to receive this payment. If someone is foolish enough to pay this payment they won’t get it back because there is also no one to return a cash payment.

This property could be so much better but the host isn’t even trying.
