Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig.

Sehr modern und sauber.

Das Bad muss mal entkalkt werden. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber.
Die Empfangsdame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Freundlich, sauber, Preis Leistung, alles Top.
Gerne wieder.

Perfect stop for a day at Europa Park

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were friendly. A safe and free car park underneath the hotel. Breakfast buffet was varied and catered for all tastes and diets. Perfect location near to pubs, restaurants, road networks, and Europa theme park. The area was lovely and clean too. Our favourite hotel of our time in Europe and so we plan to visit again.

L’Hotel nel complesso è ottimo, in particolare per chi ha l’intenzione di recarsi all’Europa Park. Infatti quest’ultimo si può raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti. Ha un parcheggio al coperto ad un costo ragionevole. Vicino c’è il Lidl ed un altro supermercato.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt familienfreundlich, und das Frühstück war sehr gut mit reichhaltiger Auswahl – besonders positiv ist das breite Halal-Fleischsortiment hervorzuheben.
Leider hatte unser Zimmer von Anfang an einen unangenehmen Geruch, vermutlich aus dem Bad/Kanalisation, der während des Aufenthalts nicht wegging. Hier sollte das Hotel unbedingt mehr darauf achten. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt angenehm.

The property was clean, convenient for anyone visiting Europa or Rulantica. Easy drive and good parking.

Absolutely brilliant hotel.

Perfect if you're going to Europa Park (about a 20 minute walk), it's a very nice area and never felt scared walking alone to and from the park, there is a shuttle bus too if needed/wanted with the stop just outside the hotel.
Lidl just across the road too!

Hotel was very clean and staff were super friendly and spoke English.

Hotel, proche des parcs Europa Park dans la commune de Rust. Il y a un Lidl juste en face très pratique pour préparer le picnic. Les chambres et salles de bains sont spacieuses. Literie confortable et restaurant rooftop très agréable. Bon Petit déjeuner dans une très jolie salle. Bémol ; nous sommes arrivés tard après le parc aquatique et étions fatigués et pressé de nous coucher, mais la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée, ils avaient simplement changé les draps. Le sol était sale et il y avait des traces sur ma table de chevet. Seul point négatif: la propreté

Das Zimmer war ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Eine 2. Toilette wäre nett für 4 Personen.
Nachteil ist: das Restaurant ist direkt über den Zimmern ist und man die ganze Zeit das Stühle rücken hört. Kinder konnten nur schwer einschlafen, wir Erwachsenen mussten es ertragen. Auf Anfrage ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu bekommen, bekamen wir erst eine positive Zustimmung - abends hieß es, das sie nichts vergleichbares frei haben und dass das Personal am Morgen davon nichts weiß.
Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und der Service im Restaurant war toll.

Preis-Leistung am Europa Park super

L’hôtel est très bien situé d europapark et Rulantica.
Les arrêts de bus sont fréquents et très bien desservis en venant de la gare

L accueil de la réception reste cependant très distant et assez froid.

Il est évident que nous ne sommes que des touristes de passage et ne cherche pas à fidéliser la clientèle.

Room was super clean, cleaned every day. Reception support was excellent, very polite, effective, fast check in and check out. They even drove me personally to the car rental agency with their car! wow. Highly recommend!

Really nice, modern hotel to stay for Europa Park. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The roof bar was great, too
