The hotel is newly opened, and the room facilities and environment are nearly perfect.

The only drawback is that there’s road construction around the hotel, and aside from a supermarket and a few fast-food places nearby, most of the surrounding businesses are auto repair shops.

Absolutely the most beautiful hotel. The staff was fantastic, the entire place is gorgeous, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property itself was newly and well done. Unfortunately, the road outside was under construction and you could only get in and out one way from the parking lot. There were not a lot of dining options nearby and the area seemed seedy. It was quite a long drive to downtown Montreal. Special mention to Rafique at the front desk. He helped me as I struggled with my luggage cart and was very responsive.

Public bathroom was prestine. Parking lot was super clean. Staff was super friendly. Limited onsite food options but they were VERY good.

Quiet and clean hotel with very friendly staff and on sight free parking. Close to NDG. Loved that the animals were welcomed.

Our experience in this beautiful and new hotel was simply incredible. Friendly staff, extremely clean installations and rooms. The hotel bar and restaurant service and quality of food and drinks is excellent. Worth every dime. Also, a great location on Rue St. Jacques right across from the Maxi supermarket in case you need anything. A safe location and parking lot right in the back as well.

We were greeted and helped by KAREN who was very helpful, warm and humorous, and she made our arrival very welcoming.

No sheets in the room for the pull out.

Disliked the extra charge for decent internet, this should be free.

I did not get the room that I had reserved.

No pool no hot tub

Breakfast is extra. There is a cash grab for everything which is hustling and despicable.

I will not be returning and will be posting a very poor review with pictures and video but I wil wait for a response

Very convenient and brand new.. Definitely a good place to stay.

Great hotel, very clean and brand new.
BUT when I arrived, the front desk staff tried to charge me again for my room, even though I had already paid online in advance. This could have resulted in me being charged twice, which was abit frustrating. Other than that, i had a great stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was dark & quiet, even though we were facing a parking lot on the first floor.

The lady at reception on my arrival was amazing. I had card problems, the chip was not working. She had alot of patience and worked with me until we figured it out. I had to take the bus and the metro to get at my destination, she wrote down everything I needed to do to get there. Amazing sercice from this lady.

Everything at the hotel was just great! Everything looked brand new and all the employees were very nice.
We loved our stay and would definitely go back.
