The Sands

Internet was ok but when sitting on balcony needed to keep door open.
Breakfast was a cold continental breakfast - could hwve been better.
No restaurants on premise, no pool, very low water pressure in shower, and water smelly ( sulphur). Parking is very limited and tight.
Location was great, over looking the beach. Area was a ghost town - end of season.

Beautiful room, very well appointed with everything you could want even laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Our only complaint is that we booked this hotel under the idea that the resturant and bar would be avaliable. Im sure its closed seasonally. Just disappointed we could not sit and enjoy a drink.

The Sands is definitely the nicest place in town. The staff were extremely helpful, the room was big, clean and exceeded expectations. You can have coffee in the morning from your balcony and admire the water view, and in the evening head up to the rooftop for a drink and catch an incredible sunset. This is not to be missed!!! Thank you!!

This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the water and sunsets.
Everything was clean and the decor was perfect for the beach area.

The view and access to the beach was the best thing in our vacation. All the staff are so helpful and nice. We will come back for sure.

Bedding was wonderful. Having laundry on site is such a great bonus. Definitely a luxurious feel to the entire building. I would say that the ONLY downside to this hotel is that the lobby and elevator floor is a bit slippery if you dont have any grip on your shoes. But over all it's an amazing stay and I cant wait to return

The property was very nice, staff very friendly. Place was extremely clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel Sands is very nice, super clean with nice decor, the view on the beach is amazing, the hotel is just across the beach. We had a wonderful time, the staffs are very professional and very friendly.
The food also are great.

We had such an amazing stay, hotel is brand new, rooms were spacious and the staff provided exceptional customer service. We were sad to leave and will definitely be visiting again!

Location is great

This new hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The view of Sauble Beach and Lake Huron is priceless.
My only complaint is that the heating system is not quite up to adequately heating the large 1 bedroom suite during the height of a cold winter day.
