Pros:

The hotel lobby is connected to Mall Kelapa Gading, making it so easy to access the Mall, and for the price that we paid, the room are super huge and comfy! Really enjoyed our stay here

I would definitely stay again next time. Excellent property and the breakfast brought the whole experience up by several

Very clean and well maintained facility with nice amenities. Absolutely fantastic breakfast!!! Location was also very convenient, could walk from hotel right into the mall. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. They were even able to find us a room before official check in time so that was a huge plus.

Cons:

Booked for a room with two beds but only one bed was available. At least it was a huge king bed

Had a very wonderful stay overall as the hotel is attached to the Klapa Gadin Mall which very convenient to us.
