We've stayed at this hotel several times now, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back.
The location is one of the biggest reasons we love staying here. Having direct access to the mall is incredibly convenient, especially when you're travelling with family. The rooms have always been clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the furniture still looks modern and fresh.
Breakfast is another highlight of our stay. There are plenty of choices, but my personal favourites are the Bubur Ayam and the Jamu. They're something I genuinely look forward to every time we visit.
What really makes this hotel special, though, is the people. Every staff member we've met has been friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable.
A special thank you to Tia at reception. She patiently helped my dad find our room and did it with such kindness and a warm smile. We really appreciated her patience, and it left a wonderful first impression.
Overall, this hotel feels like a home away from home for our family. Great location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and genuinely caring staff. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Central, clean and next to the mall.
They allow smoking in some of the rooms. The smell of cigarettes travels through the central AC system, especially notable at night.
The staff was supper nice and make things easier for you, which you always need while travelling
