Shame about the smell.
Pros:

The room had strong smell of vinegar. Previous occupant's rubbish had been left in the room. The shower leaked so badly I thought Paddington was coming for a swim. Location was great and bed was comfy.

Pros:

The property has great amenities for such a low price, the room is spacious, and the location on the university campus is great. However there was a slight smell to the bedsheets and towels, like they had dried too slowly after being washed; this did make us feel less comfortable about sleeping in the bed.

I would love to stay here again the next time I visit because of how great the room was for the price otherwise, however I am also likely to just pay more to sleep somewhere else with cleaner smelling sheets.

For the cost, the Swan accommodation was outstanding. Clean, everything worked and staff were fantastic. No frills, but we didn’t expect any. I would definitely stay again.

Great budget accommodation in Central Lincoln
Pros:

Convenient location for a night in Central Lincoln. I cannot comment on how noisy it would be during term time though.

Nice little room, perfect for one night stay. Had everything needed. The only suggestion would be to add some light curtain so it helps with some privacy during the day.
