The property was brand new, spotless, the room had a fully functional kitchen, a work station perfect if you need a workspace. The bed and pillows were super comfy.

Love this hotel! Wish we would have got her earlier to enjoy the pool and the big hot tub. Very clean extremely comfortable the breakfast was wonderful with real eggs! Off to Las Vegas strip close to the airport extremely. Would stay here again if wanted to be close to the airport

Located 6 min from Car Rental Center. Or 8 min away from the airport. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. A full breakfast servive was provided with all-you-can-eat pancakes and an omelet bar. 24x7 coffee and purified water infused with fruits. Free parking. Location is part of the Town Square Mall, conveniently close to restaurants and shops.

Super nice and clean

I picked this hotel based on the pictures some amenities listed online for a Studio, King. However, upon check-in I was given a room with no microwave, and unfinished, open exhaust fan in the bathroom, and no trash can. The AC barely kept the room cool and was noisy and rattled all night, waking me from my sleep. Also, I was charged for the room twice. I prepaid in full through a third party and despite the desk clerk stating he could see I booked through a third party, he refused to give me my room key unless I gave him my credit card to charge the room to, on top of the $50 refundable fee. When I complained about the amenities, I was told that the hotel was "overbooked" and I had been placed in a "corner suite" because I booked through a third party and no other room was available. This caused me to spend more money that planned on meals because I had no way to heat or reheat food. I have limited mobility and can't walk far distances to get food. What makes this worse is I called the hotel directly before my trip to confirm my reservation and that they were paid for the room and was told by a clerk with a Hispanic accent that my reservation was in the system and that there would be no issue with a late check in. I told him I was also trying to confirm the hotel got payment and he said they had. If I had known I was not guaranteed the amenities listed in both the third party and hotel's actual website, I would have booked somewhere else. Including pics of room v. Web pics.

More than impressed! Stylish and modern. Clean and fresh. Bed was super comfy and every hotel needs the window shades this hotel has! Breakfast options fantastic and delish!

For know on when i come to Vegas I'm staying here. It's affordable, very nice room and staff was beyond awesome. The only downside is it isn't within walking distance to the strip

The place is superb! This hotel is so far the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. All the staff we met were very helpful, friendly, and approachable. Even the ones in the dining were awesome! The check in was a breeze and the front desk made the process very easy.

Thank you element and staff so much. My family and I had a flight get cancelled and sent to Vegas. Called the hotel before check in time and they said come on over we got you! Put us in a room. Very nice staff! Perfect quite place just what we needed.

Our flight was canceled, and I have to find a hotel last minute.it was really great choice, brand new extremely clean excellent breakfast, very good cappuccino big room! stuff very very very friendly and nice! Close to the airport!

Great stay, super nice staff & great location

Feels like a brand new hotel. Breakfast had many delicious offerings. Room had everything you needed to cook meals including a dishwasher. Pool and spa area had a great layout with a shower and bathroom outside. Exercise room had everything you need for a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel.

We came to see Aries Spears at the Wiseguys comedy club. The Element hotel is right next to it and close to all the dining/shopping options in Town Square. It's a really clean and new hotel in a very convenient spot. No issues with the staff. Good breakfast, although the layout is a little chaotic. Overall, five stars.

The hotel should have a bar and the breakfast should be more like a buffet (self service)
