Pros:

Ich fand das nicht in Ordnung, als ich dort war und die mir schon gesagt haben. Ja, wir haben kein Platz mehr dann haben die uns dann in einem anderen Hotel gebracht, obwohl ich schon reserviert habe.

Pros:

When we arrived late at night we were told we didn't have a reservation. This was untrue and I showed the porter my reservation on my phone. After a long time we finely got a room but we needed to pay cash. I had already paid but I finally got that money back. Although our room looked clean it stank of cigarette smoke. So bad we had to keep the window open just to be able to breathe. I would not use this property again.
