L'hôtel était impeccable et soigneusement décoré. Il est situé dans une zone assez calme, proche de la gare Brussels Noord.

Great spot!
We were allowed to check in half an hour early, which was really nice. Upon arrival, there was half a roll of toilet paper, and someone accidentally walked into the room. These things happen! Someone was supposed to bring toilet paper, but unfortunately, no one did. I didn't make a big deal out of it, so I didn't report it. What I was unhappy about was the following: You pay a deposit (I had read that carefully) and after checking out, it is stated that this will be refunded. When I was already back home, I received an email on Sunday evening with an invoice stating that I had taken something from the minibar for . euros. That is absolutely not true, and I was unable to defend myself. We did not take or replace anything, and there has been no response to my email/message via Expedia. Not recommended and will not be returning here.

Great hotel for a business trip, room has a table and booth seating perfect for working. Bed were huge and very comfortable. The gym is great for a little morning work out before meetings. The restaurant on the top floor was delicious as was breakfast, perfect selection of items.

Alles war gut , nur das Frühstück war sehr sehr sparsam . Das war echt sehr enttäuschend was da geboten wurde, ich werde da leider nicht mehr übernachten da Frühstück für mich sehr wichtig ist . Da ist noch sehr viel Potenzial

Lovely hotel with stylish rooms. About a 20/25 min walk to the centre but you can get the tram if needed. Quiet area with not much around it.

Amazing choice! Breakfast with the card menu was delicious. The Team from the concierge, front office and restaurant were really nice and friendly.
