Hotel DSR Caves Near IGI Airport Delhi

I would like to escalate the issue, as my parents were harassed at 2:00 AM and were refused service by the front desk, despite having booked the hotel through Expedia. The front desk kept insisting that they did not receive any payment from Expedia, and we should cancel the booking with Expedia and make a cash payment at the hotel. My parents are 70+ and had been travelling a very long distance, so at 2:00 am, they were very helpless and had no other option but to make the cash payment. Moreover, the receptionist was extremely rude, and my parents felt verbally attacked. I hope Expedia will take the necessary steps to deal with the hotel, as my parents had to go through an extremely painful ordeal, and such behaviour from the hotel staff is totally unacceptable.

I wasn't able to even check in. They told my cab driver "closed, closed"

The place does not look like it is listed on Expedia. The rooms are dirty, it’s dimly lit and the area is not so good. The staff is poorly trained and they didn’t even have the reservation. The barrooms are dirty. This is the worst hotel I have ever booked on Expedia. Do not stay here.

Worst experience ever. Had to move 2 rooms before finally finding a decent room that had everything working. The first room had a non working air conditioner, the second room tap water had no pressure. The airport pick up and drop was way too expensive . For such a short distance I was charged 900 for pick up and 500 for drop

The hotel denied that they have received my payment. I showed them the receipt. I had to booka different and expensive hotel last minute. The address listed for this property is wrong. It took me 45 min to find the place. On top of that, they said even if I rebook, they will charge me extra for airport shuttle. The booking mentions free shuttle to airport. Terrible experience and shady place

There is nothing that I liked. Dirty, poorly maintained old hotel. I request Expedia to remove it from their listing.

This place is an absolute scam. If we hadn’t had a flight within 12 hours, I would have walked out immediately. The conditions were disgusting and unsafe.

The room was filthy — no towels provided, dirty and trashy bed linen (see the picture), and cockroaches running across the floor. The place was also swarming with mosquitoes, making it impossible to rest. It did not feel secure at all, and hygiene was completely absent.

To make matters worse, it seems this property operates under multiple names, clearly trying to dodge bad reviews. This is not just misleading — it’s deceptive.

We’ve stayed in other basic, budget-friendly places during our trip, and we’re not picky travelers — but this was something else entirely. This place is unacceptable on every level.

Hotels.com should seriously reconsider listing this property. It does not meet even the most basic standards and damages trust in their platform.

The hotel is in a very poor area of Delhi and the taxi driver could not find it had to make alternative arrangements

They have two sister properties. And the address is misleading. The property is also not managed well.

Very good The room was cleaned, staff was cooperative and the food was tasty. It was a good stay. I was a little disappointed after seeing only one chair and the table was also relatively small in size..
