Pros:

Booked 2 nights in a Family room with my wife and son. Everything was great. The room was very clean, nice beds, fridge stocked with some free drinks. Breakfast was decent but could be a little better. Staff was excellent, very helpful, courteous and cheerful.

Pros:

Das Hotel empfing uns freundlich, musste jedoch feststellen, dass wir für 2026 gebucht hatten. In weniger als einer Stunde war die Stornierung und Neubuchung durch. Wir bekamen noch den Hinweis, dass unser Zimmer kein Fenster laut Buchung hat - daraufin gab es ein Zimmer mit Fenster zur Straße. Ohne weitere Diskussion gab es noch ein Upgrade - freies Frühstück für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Lage des Hotels ist perfekt - 500 m bis zur U-Bahn, die in Xi'an sehr hilfreich ist, da Bahnhof und Flugplatz mit ihr erreichbars sind. Außerdem kann man alles touristisch Wichtige innerhalb der Stadtmauern und kurz dahinter zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt um die Ecke das muslimische Viertel - ein Treffpunkt der Geschmacksnerven.
