Pool didnt work throughtl out our 7 days stay, we had to literally beg to get hot plate to cook when a standard kitchen electric stove was displayed on their websites. Wifi was bad in room on 3rd floor, 3rd fllor had no wifi so my children were all stuck on the 2nd floor with me .. bathroom on the 3rd floor was leaking dirty water from the 4th floor. Renovation was on going on sunday 8/10/25. Dilling all through the day. We reqested to move from the very day we landed but nothing was done .it was a terrible experience

Pros:

This place was pretty cheap BUT its in old Dubai so may be that explains the water quality being so poor. The hotel does a pretty good job at marketing but in reality it is a bit run down yet clean. Given it was off season, I ended up finding something far more luxurious for only $20 CAD more per night. The location is pretty good though cause a couple minutes walk and you can get a bus to the metro station. Also they do not include breakfast nor do they have any kind of shuttle services. So for me, it was not worth the price for this place. The staff like everywhere in the UAE are exceptionally eager to be helpful. Also there is a washing machine and microwave in the room. I just done think the $40/n was worth it for me unless you are staying really long term. If this was my hotel, i would first address the water quality and improve the lighting in the lobby and include breakfast for a reasonable price or free especially during off season. I was told the hotel was almost full but I doubted that.
