Room space is tight. No couch space in the room.

Great view from our falls view room although we did pay a premium

Expedia misrepresented the room on this property. Yes it was a "Falls View" room but the view was so small. Room very small. I could not even sit on the toilet properly and I am 6 foot 200 lbs. Unreal. Staff was not responsive to our needs of light bulbs that were burned out and that was just the beginning. Our maid was great and the room was a 6 out of 10 on cleanliness but we are fussy. Stay elsewhere if you can. Not this place. BTW the restaurant hosed us on price and service. Shame on me for not checking prices first. Stay in Niagra on the Lake area and commute to the falls for day trip of touring the falls.

Right at the base of Clifton Hill, this hotel was within easy walking distance of so many restaurants and souvenir stores. It is close to stops on the blue and green line buses as well so if walking was not an option, the buses allowed us to get to our destination with ease.
The check-in staff were lovely and our room with the falls view was both the US & Canadian falls as well as the nightly fireworks. No street noise made it up to us either as we were facing away from Clifton Hill and the road that the hotel is on is actually fairly quiet. It is adjoining to the Sheraton by a covered walkway which allows quick access to the casino and a covered walkway to the waterpark. It is also steps away from the Rainbow Bridge if you want to walk to the middle of it (don't forget your travel documents to get back into Canada!) or I guess to the US.
The only downside is there is no hot tub and the saunas are not working. We went for a swim in the pool, which is enclosed, but you can clearly see where the hot tub was in the past and I don't know if the sauna was just broken or if it has been de-commissioned as well. I highly recommend getting those up and running otherwise the pool area is just wasted space.
This hotel is not a pickup point for any tours you may wish to do BUT the Sheraton is so don't let that dissuade you from booking something.
All in all, I WOULD stay here again. For the price of other Fall view rooms, this hotel was a steal.

The room was an upgrade since this trip was for my mother's 99th birthday. The room was wonderful and Aaron at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating.

We would use this etablishment again.

The view was fantastic especially at night. All the staff were excellent from check in desk, cleaning staff, to checking out everyone was wonderful. Rooms were clean, up to date, and had everything you need. Would definitely come back.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and close to Clifton hill where there’s lots of activities for kids and dining options. Our “falls view” room was more of a view of the duty free parking lot, but the falls were still visible over that.

The hotel itself is stunning, location is incredible. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The garden across from the hotel is spectacular. Our room was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was great. My only minor complaint is that we booked a queen sized bed and it definitely is not queen size. Our bed at home is a queen and this was a full size smaller. Not a big deal, it was still comfortable but definitely not what we had originally booked. Also the rooms run on the warm side. We had the "air conditioning" set to 15 Celsius (lowest it can be set) and it absolutely was Not 15 degrees. I would have been shivering to death, instead I was in a t-shirt and sleeping without a blanket because I was too warm. Again not a huge problem but I would have loved to have a more comfortable sleep. I would still recommend this hotel and we will be back ourselves. Considering those two small issues, we found the rates to be fair.

shops near, cafe’s near, tourist activities within walking distance. Did not use spa and restaurant in hotel was very expensive so did not use. Casino on site.
