I had an amazing experience staying here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the location was perfect—close to everything, especially the airport which was a plus.

Clean environment and room. Loved the rooftop terrace. Provided a feedback on an error on their website stating the proper is 15 minutes walk to the airport.

It was beautiful both inside and out

My stay at The Essence Apartments was far from satisfactory. The bedding provided was unclean, which raised hygiene concerns from the outset. Essential amenities, such as a dryer, were missing, leading to unnecessary inconvenience. However, the most frustrating issue was an abrupt power outage that lasted over eight hours. Instead of resolving the situation, the host simply advised me to purchase electricity myself—an unacceptable response for a service that should have been included. Overall, poor management and lack of basic upkeep made for a frustrating experience.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended for Serious Travelers

My experience at this property was far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, the duvet had no cover and was stained with blood and other unidentifiable yellow and brownish marks. When I reported it to the staff, I was casually told to “just turn it around.” Eventually, I was given a duvet cover—but it was the wrong size (a queen for a king duvet), and I had to put it on myself.

The bathroom was also dirty, with dried brown liquid around the faucet that staff refused to clean, despite me showing them photos right after check-in.

Worse still, a repairman was sent to my room without any notice. He dismantled part of the washing machine, left exposed wires visible, and didn’t return—leaving the area messy and the machine unusable.

Service was consistently unprofessional. Several staff members were distracted while being addressed, openly watching TikTok videos and even dancing with the sound blasting in the lobby.

There were also no towels in the room, no trash bin in the bathroom, and a noticeable amount of hair in multiple areas. While those might seem minor, they added to an overall feeling of neglect.

This place may suit guests coming to the city for a party weekend, but for anyone expecting a minimum level of hygiene and professionalism, I would not recommend

Great property - still has units under construction I believe. Lacking trash bins on floors & maybe better organisation overall for services. 5th floor pool is great!

great relax place, center, close to airport.. central as well. The only thing is the washing machine.. but other than that the rooftop pool is great

Great stay, nice apartment and lovely rooftop pool on the 5th floor. The staff is nice at reception and the area is safe to walk around.
