Kins Hotel

Staff good. Parking convenient and safe though pretty expensive but then again, it is LA. I would rank hotel as $150 per night being a value. Not worth $200+ per night. No bar, no food at hotel. Gym is very limited. Positive is that it’s within walking distance to some businesses in K town.

Room cleanliness was great, location was superb, and staff were nice. James at front desk was really helpful.

However, for a newly renovated hotel a lot of the amenities didn’t make sense - shower pressure was extremely weak, only one chair in the room with no couches, and couldn’t turn off the bedside lights without walking to the wall to do so. It would also be helpful to have more storage space in the restroom for toiletries and have a communal microwave.

The rooms are also smaller than what the photos looked like.

The room was clean and spacious. Having an available microwave either in the room and somewhere in the hotel would have been nice.

Welcoming hotel - new and clean. Good location for us. Only negative was low water pressure and a sliding shower door that would not stay shut.

Noise and loud

Everything was new but the bar and restaurant wasn’t open yet and there is no parking you have to pay 45 a night for valet but besides that over a good place to stay

The staff wasn’t up to par for my liking. Took extremely long for certain situations.

The staff really helped when my son did not have a phone . They were excellent !

This hotel was new, which I appreciated, and staff was friendly. On the upside, the bathroom was very spacious and nice - a large walk in shower with a bench. On the downside, there was a lot of street noise and a lot of ambient light in the room at night, despite the curtains. It also had a quirk with the bedside lights, which could only be turned on and off with a switch that was across the room (requiring getting in and out of bed in the dark).

Room was spotless and staff was incredibly friendly. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

This hotel has been newly renovated.
It’s a small, stylish, and very clean hotel.
I would definitely stay here again next time, and I highly recommend it.
