Pros:

立地は文句なし。設備は古いが値段もお安いのでヨシ。浴室の汚れを何とか改善して欲しい。日本人スタッフの方がいらして安心です。ソイ26に面しているが、24にも裏から直接出られて大変便利です。

ソイ26に立地しているが、24にも抜けられるので、非常に便利です。

Pleasant stay but spoiled by the weed smell
Pros:

The Hotel is clean though the room is a little dated. There are eateries nearby and plenty of shopping centers around. The only issue I have was the weed smell along the corridor when I walked from the lift to my room at the end of the corridor.

2025年8月上旬にラオス旅行の前後に2日ずつ利用しました。

立地：
プロンポン駅から徒歩10分弱の立地で空港から電車でもアクセスしやすいのが魅力です。
徒歩圏内にはエンポリアムやエムスフィアもあり、ショッピングも楽しめます。
また、ルン・ルアンという有名なクイッティアオ屋さんや日本食屋さんも多くあり、食事にも困らないと思います。
一方、人によるとは思いますが、歓楽街のど真ん中のエリアでもありますので、家族連れの方は気になるポイントかも知れません。

部屋：
私はスーペリアダブルの部屋に宿泊しました。
一人旅では気にならない部屋の広さがあり、清潔感も十分でした。
上で”歓楽街ど真ん中”と書きましたが、ホテル内、特に部屋の中はとても静かです。
私は旅行の終盤で体調を崩してしまい、寝込むことになってしまいましたが、騒音は感じずゆっくりできました。

サービス：
特に嬉しかったのは、24時間ドリンクディスペンサーでの温かいドリンクのサービスを受けられることです。
タイは冷房がかなり効いていることが多く、温かい飲み物が欲しくなることがありますが、それがいつでも手に入るのはありがたかったです。

改善していただきたい点：
・WiFiの速度はあまり強くありません。繋がってはいるけど、読み込みが出来ないことが多かったです。
・部屋によってはシャワーの出が悪いことも。たまたま同じフロア隣の部屋に泊まりましたが、片方はかなりシャワー出が悪かったです。


その他：
日本人のマネージャーさんがいらっしゃる時間帯があります。日本人にとっては安心できるのではないでしょうか？

個人的には満足できる滞在でしたし、もし次バンコクに滞在する事があれば利用したいと思いますし、今回は利用できなかったプールでも楽しみたいと思っています。

Pros:

設備、内装も綺麗でとても快適に過ごさせてもらいました。
一番良かったのはマネージャーさんが日本語堪能な方で親切に対応していただいたことが何より安心でした。
タイに行く機会が増えそうなので、ここを毎回利用させていただこうと思ってます。

The hotel is located near the BTS station and close to the Japanese and Korean area of Bangkok. It was renovated and reopened, and much of the original Japanese style is retained. It can also use the rooftop swimming pool and fitness facilities of another affiliated hotel next door. The hotel manager and staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. It's worth to come back.

ホテルの4Fの廊下が下水臭く、3Fに部屋を変えてもらいましたが、隣の部屋に続くドアがあったのが原因で、話声が聞こえて眠れなかった。フロントに言ったらすぐに対応してくれましたが、次回は利用しません。

We enjoyed our stay at Journeyhub very much and were grateful to the staff for upgrading our room when we discovered a security problem with the window the could not fix satisfactoraly. The complimentary breakfast was very good except that some food items were cold or lukewarm and should have been kept warmer. Thete was also a guy kind of hovering around seemingly to check that people did not take too much of the buffet-style items! All around, a great location close to the BTS and metro, malls, parks etc. with pool and comfy room at a great price. Reccomended!

Nice greeting from manager with lots of information. Very friendly staff. 24 hour coffee dispenser with multiple choices. Awesome Breakfast! Really... Comfortable bed. Great Wi-Fi. Walk to restaurants, massage, 7-11, and shopping. Several Laundry services around. Also, a tailor at the end of the street... Use the GRAB app to get rides more than 10 minutes away. Great cars & drivers. I used for three round trips 40 - 90 minutes away. So cheap I tipped around 50%!
