Good stay

i liked nothing about my stay in Nicey Hotel. It was very overrated . i to get out of there and find another hotel. Expedia again overrated the how nice the hotel really is and its quality. This made me go find another hotel and moved to Wa Garden hotel . This hotel was a disaster too

Good price

Bad customer service. Was move to a different hotel with horrible room and service.

Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại khách sạn Nicecy Hotel. Ngay từ lúc bước vào, tôi đã được chào đón bởi đội ngũ nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp. Thái độ phục vụ nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ bất cứ khi nào tôi cần.
Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi. Tôi rất ấn tượng với cách khách sạn chú trọng đến từng chi tiết nhỏ – từ mùi hương dịu nhẹ trong phòng, đến sự ngăn nắp, tinh tươm của từng vật dụng. Quá tuyệt vời ạ <333

The staff were lovely and always willing to help no matter what the situation

Everything is good and the receptionist is friendly, the room is small but clean and airy, the toilet is cleaned very carefully and has very fragrant shower gel, the location is convenient for transportation

Friendly and cheerful staff the boys and girls are very lovely especially here they open 24 hours very convenient to move around. The room is clean with free towels and water they take good care of me

Hotel est propre

The staff was amazing, very helpful. They educated me on how much things really cost not “ foreigners price”. Was given great tour ideas about places to visit in Vietnam . Tein Nicecy, and Lam Lany were very big help. Lam Lany helped in renting a scooter, and arranging tours for me safely and scammer free. While Tein helped me understand the Vietnamese way of thinking, where to go for food places, and new asked me for anything, and yet always gave me priceless information while visiting Vietnam. His gentle kind words and guidance, with Lany’s savvy financial advice was a great dream team for me. I hope to come back to Vietnam just to revisit friends I met while there. 🙏

The staff is excellent.

The staff were very helpful. The location was close to saigon square which was good. The hotel room i had was clean & in good repair. The air con worked, the bathroom was ok but the floor, when wet, was a bit slippery. The cleaning staff were excellent & very quick & efficient. Would i stay there again? Yes if i was on a budget, its very well priced & i enjoyed my time there.

Close to the river about a 20 minute walk to the main tourist attractions. It was quite noisy at night with a karaoke bar next door and loud guests in the morning.

picture was taken showing a high-rise building across street...hotel is small, feels cramp/suffocating. Staff are ok...based on photos shown, owner of this hotel seems not to be trusted. Too bad and disappointed. Luckily only booked 1night stay. RATING 2-STARS IS MORE THAN IT DESERVED.

Nice and clean hotel with polite and friendly staff. Close proximity to the center and attractions of District 1. Basic amenities but sufficient for a short-term stay.
