Excelente hotel, personal amable y atento. Sin embargo, deben trabajar sobre la calidad de los alimentos en el restaurante !

Bonito hotel

Excelente hotel! Habitaciones cómodas y confortables. Muy limpio y sin ruidos externos. El personal del lobby muy amable y nos sentimos bienvenidos siempre. Especial mención a Sr Francisco en el Bar. Oswaldo en el restaurante y Hector en la puerta hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable. Recomiendo este Hotel para una estancia tranquila y centrica. Todo queda cerca. Gracias y probablemente volveremos.

Hotel Aló Degollado is a clean boutique hotel in downtown Guadalajara. The staff is exceptionally attentive, in the front there is always a bellhop (attendant) and front desk staff ready to assist. They will call you a taxi and also ensure the garage is open for the taxi’s return. Anytime we needed something delivered to the room it was brought up right away. They stock free water bottles in the room daily. The restaurant has a variety of great food options.

The hotel is awesome. Really clean, kind and warm people. The room is quiet and nice. Highly recommended.

Easy check in. Wonderful room

The location was good it was close to everything. The bathroom was a bit dark. Taxi/uber drop off/pick up is a bit difficult since they don't have a main drive up entrance. The entrance to the hotel is in a plaza.

It was in a great area of the central. Very accommodating and they made sure we were completely satisfied and made sure we had everything we needed

The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient. The only complaint is the noise on the street penetrating the room.

En general mi estancia en el hotel fue muy acogedor y servicial.

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. A huge shout out to Francisco in the rooftop restaurant that always had the most exceptional service! We literally went every day and was always super attentive with all of his guests. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Guadalajara.

Brand new hotel in the centro historico. The hotel itself is very good, the rooms are cozy and well decorated. The hotel has a restaurant with a rooftop patio, which is not common in this area.
Staff is attentive and very helpful.

However, this as nothing to do with the hotel itself but the hotel is located in Degollado Square, which can be sketchy after dawn. Just be careful if you go out or come back at night.

The hotel is nicely decorated but other than that, it was just average. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, the room never got cold enough especially since you had to take your room key with you every time you left, which would turn off the A/C so you’d come back to a hot room. Lastly, the housekeeper literally removed the toilet paper from our bathroom one day, which was just odd and inconvenient.

Todo estuvo perfecto durante nuestra estancia .. el personal fue excelente todos mucho muy atentos… las instalaciones muy bonitas .. el área muy céntrica y pudimos ir caminando a muchos lugares.
