Pros:

Breakfast was very poor compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Asked staff for tissues that was empty. Never refilled.

Generally a decent hotel. Staff was friendly, a lot of chipping on door frames, doors and the like. Breakfast is all cold other than the bagels, and very limited options. For the price now a days it's about what you'd expect for it being so close to the Hershey attractions. Next time we plan on splurging to use the Hershey hotel instead but if you're on a budget this is a decent option.

The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Very friendly. Air conditioning was on when I got to the room. The room was nice and cool. There was more than enough room to park. I will try to stay here when I go to Hershey again.

Check in was fast and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom had full sized toiletries and the lobby had a small snack area (for purchase). It also had continental breakfast. Located close to HersheyPark and Giant Center. Highlt recommend.

My first impression was not the best, I was honestly a little scared as we walked in to check in, the woman behind the counter seemed to be high on Meth (like really bad)
The towels in the bathroom felt damp, There was a cricket on the wall, and we could hear EVERYTHING from the person above us..every footstep, every bathroom use/flush, even every groan, and there was something sharp on the floor (carpet) that cut my friends foot.
The breakfast was good, better then some other places I've been to.
