Pros:

Il y avait pas d’eau chaude, la réservation n’avait pas été noté par l’établissement. Il nous ont fait attendre un bon moment avant de trouver une solution. La personne qui nous recevait n’était pas en mesure de nous expliquer la situation en anglais.
