Sijainti oli erinomainen. Huone oli siisti ja mukava. Keittiössä oli riittävä varustus.

staff takes too long to reply to emails. confusing electricity switch, no instructions on how to use it nor for the oven/stove.

I just want to cover all the pros and cons so people will be able to make a good decision for themselves.
Great location- near water and city center, food, shopping.
No parking so you have to park at city parking garages. There are 2 close by , Kloster (4 min) and City Park (6 min). It is about $28 a day.
In lobby print door cards. Its nice to have with your phone key. Easier to use on front door and going up in elevator.
Room is very clean and modern. Has everything you need, but very small. For 2 people, there is nowhere to put luggage and one 10" to hang anything. Bed is comfortable but wedged in a corner. The top mattress shifts a little. Because there is only a small lip from bath floor to shower area. Water tends to get all over floor. We would stay here again because of the location, cleanliness, and room amenities.

La camera è molto pulita e arredata bene in stile moderno. I letti, compreso il divano- letto, sono comodi. Forse i cuscini non sono il massimo.
Il prezzo della struttura è in linea con i prezzi norvegesi.
C'è una piccola e comoda cucina che aiuta quando c'e' la necessità di farsi una buona pasta italiana(anche per evitare i pessimi ristoranti con i loro prezzi altissimi).
La pasta italiana, a proposito, si può comprare sono al supermarket sotto il centro commerciale del centro . Evitare le altre marche.
La struttura si trova vicino al centro ma non è c'e' il rumore del traffico o dei locali .
La palestra è ben fornita.
La tv ha solo canali norvegesi. La wifii è veloce.
Le comunicazioni con la struttura sono affisse abbastanza intuibili. Quando si esce ci chiedono di portare fuori la spazzatura (mediante chiavetta elettronica) e pulire la cucina : giusto cosi in un paese civile come la Norvegia (cit. Zalone)

I liked the fact that it had a kitchen with things you need in one. I did not like the check in or the garbage disposal after being charged for a cleaning fee.
Otherwise, I liked the property.

Trash write out the front door and construction noise right outside the window.

I loved that it was quiet and clean and had a kitchenette with everything you needed to make small meals or have breakfast and lunch at home with groceries which are within walking distance about two blocks. The entry system is a little confusing and it would be nice if there were more directions on using convection stove tops and ovens for those of us who've never done that. It would be nice if they had some grocery stores and other local businesses that were close so that when you got in you could easily find them. I felt really at home in my room and everything was very comfortable. The staff we did encounter we're very friendly and kind.

Brand new studio with all you need for a few days’ stay. Very nicely designed and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from the city centre, supermarket, coffee shops.
The only minus point is that the Vander app for checkin and digital key did not work for me. I never received the confirmation sms. In any case you can also check in at the self service checkin kiosk on the ground floor, and you can get your keycards from there.

Das Apartment war super schön eingerichtet, alles noch sehr neu. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war top. Kurzer Weg zu den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft war auch direkt in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment immer wieder buchen.

The rooms were very nice but there was no shelving for toiletries in the bathroom.
There was no explanation on how to use the stove which ended up being a constant frustration but with good humor we worked through it.
I do want to address the staff.
We were outside and a woman was trying to put her trash in the outside cans. A staff member was taking a break, she looked over and instead of getting up off the ground to assist the lady, she barked out why she could not get her trash in the can.
It was quite abrupt which could be her personality but in customer care is this what you want to represent your business?
Overall, the things I mentioned are small in the longrun.
They were little annoyances but it didn't take away from the overall stay.
The location is convenient and well situated for a stay in a beautiful city with much to experience and see.

Fin liten lgh i bra skick. Väldigt krånglig digital incheckning. Dålig ventilation så vi hade 27 grader varmt i rummet på natten, vilket var mindre trevligt.

Trevligt och rent lägenhetshotell beläget centralt i Bergen.

Ingen puter ved ankomst i sovesofa. Ekstremt varmt på rommet om natten 26,5 grader. For få håndklær til 5 personer. Fant håndklær i kjelleren. Først og fremst air tempratur ikke bra.

Rigtig god placering, alt var helt nyt og i rigtig god stand. Og fint udstyret køkken. Virkelig et godt sted.
Eneste minus er, at der kun bliver gjort rent på værelset én gang om ugen (og kun ved ophold længere end 10 dage), så jeg kunne godt have savnet muligheden for selv at feje eller støvsuge. Håndklæder vaskede vi selv, der var fine vaskefaciliteter i kælderen.
Der udover besøgte vi Bergen i en usædvanlig varm uge (25-28 grader) og havde det derfor meget varmt på værelset, da der ikke rigtig var aircondition (jeg tænker ikke det er nødvendigt 99% af tiden).

Kjempefint og sentralt. Noe hard sofa og seng, ellers god komfort. Nyoppusset og fint. Luktet rart (søppel?) i 1. etg, usikker på hva det kommer av. Men generelt et veldig fint opphold og kan anbefales. Noe dyrt ift. vanlig hotell hvor man også får hotellfrokost, men hvis man skal lage alle måltid «hjemme», kan det lønne seg med leilighetshotell.

Over all our stay was amazing. The heat in the room was crazy. We were on the 4th floor the windows didn’t open more then maybe 2-3inches and me and my partner had sweated so bad we woke up drenched.

Flott leilighet sentralt plassert i en hyggelig del av Bergen sentrum. Høy standard!
