Pros:

Room was not very clean. Place was very hard to find. No sign along the road pointing to where the property was located. Surrounding was dirty. The only good thing was the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The property looked new. My room was clean, everything worked. I liked that there was an ample number of electrical outlets situated near the bed. I wish there was a fridge so I can keep a supply of cold drinks in my room. They do not have an in-house restaurant but there were a couple within walking distance, However the street was patrolled by many stray or off-leash dogs. Most of them were mellow but a few were mean and made aggressive moves at me. The worst part of my stay was having to listen to an inconsiderate neighbor playing his bass guitar (he was not a good musician) at max volume all the way past 10 PM. And he did this every evening. Just please make him (or her) stop.
