Pros:

My taxi driver rang the hotel and was told it was closed as electric and wifi not working. I paid upfront and was told that I would get a refund which hasn’t come through.

Pros:

This hotel is located in a red light district that no taxi driver wants to enter and becomes a drug selling point after hours. I tried calling the hotel for specific details as the address provided is incorrect. I ended up staying at another hotel for $60 thank to a very helpful taxi driver. It is unforgivable that Expedia does not vet and validate hotel recommendations. I will take action over this.

The manager attempted to charge for the room again after I paid on Expedia. He claimed that the ownership of the hotel recently changed and Expedia funds were being redirected to the previous owner. He also tried to charge more for the room than what was shown on Expedia. Prior to paying double for the room we toured the hotel and the room. Mouse droppings were on the bed, room was not clean, there were dirty dishes throughout the hallway. Because of all this our party did not stay there and we found another hotel.

I can not evalule the Hotel, since I did not stay there. I was not collected by the Hotel schuttle service, Expedia nor the Hotel advise that the Hotel closes at Midnight and the schuttle service does not operate. The telephone receptionist advised this is. frequent problem

I stayed in this hotel yesterday which I booked 1 month ago with good deal offer. I was asked to pay USD $16 when I checked in.
When I said I fully paid through Expedia App, they said it’s showing pending amount in their system.
They told me to speak with Expedia for that reason. That’s straight scammed I ever experienced. I paid cash Indian Rupees 1700. Bill they provided me don’t have sign and seal on it. It’s scam! Front office staff rude. Rooms not clean esp washroom. Avoid this hotel.why Expedia partners with such dubious hotels.

The location of the hotel is marked incorrect on the map - is NOT next to the airport - it’s about 10 mins drive and you have to take a taxi. The bed linen was stained and the shower did not work - just a trickle of cold water from the tap. The breakfast in the dining room only starts at 9 and anyway best to miss is as the table is filthy and the mattress where one staff member slept still on the floor! It was just rice for breakfast anyway - but the staff kindly got me an egg and toast instead. Only stay here if absolutely necessary- staying at the airport may have been more convenient.
