Breakfast was good... a/c and heating were fine... just some quirky things with some bugs, light out by sink, problems with wifi on Sunday before we left... but staff was amazing... just older room... but not bad..

Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast with many options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean and very quiet, grounds are maintained very well and entrance to your room well lit while providing a comforting home-like vibe, will return and I recommend

Room musky and air conditioner didn't put out much cool air. Breakfast was nice

Check in was a breeze, the rooms were ready so they let us check in early. Rooms were clean and well appointed.

Room was clean enough and somewhat updated , the building itself is very outdated. Layers and layers of paint on the building, dented railing. Litter go up the stairs. Looks and feels very outdated. Although the room had a decent kitchen( stove top, fridge, microwave) the room only had 1 plate, 1 fork and 1 knife. A small pot or tea kettle would be helpful. Maybe a sponge or even some paper towels? Pool was clean. Very limited hot water in shower. I would not recommend.

It's run by very efficient staff. Very polite and helpful! The men and women that do the breakfast are truly amazing people! Very helpful and everything was always filled with fresh food! Thank you for a great 5 days 😊

An enjoyable stay but would appreciate grab cars for safety in the shower area

Breakfast was early so we got to eat before we checked out for our sporting event.

floors weren’t the cleanest & tub backed up a lot but overall wasn’t bad. stayed the weekend for my friends wedding. everything was near by, very convenient location to everything

Breakfast was FANTASTIC, room was clean and had so many amenities. Evening staff needs a little more training. Overall great stay.

We stayed in the suite, bathroom is a little small but there is a sink & counter outside of it, nice having a full size refrigerator & beds were comfortable, overall cleanliness was good.

I m 75 years old, the bathroom is not safe to shower, no Randle to get into the bathtabe

Room was spacious. It was a wonderful surprise to come back for our second night to see that the beds were made, garbage emptied and fresh towels. That is a rarity these days!!

I liked nothing beds were uncomfortable and pillows had no support and flat…. Breakfast was nasty….staff was rude

The location was nice. There is a place to see a show and get dinner that’s walkable. Although there are no elevators it’s only a small walk up to the second floor. The suite has a burner top stove which was great except there are no pots or pans to utilize them. We brought food but had no way to cook it unless we used the microwave. The bed was comfy, everything was clean. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. We did ask to have maintenance come because our phone didn’t work. They did not come. There is a way to check out from your room by dialing a certain number but I called the lobby on my cell and they were able to do it. Overall I’d give them 4 1/2 stars and would stay again.
