Pros:

Notre séjour était fantastique.
J’ai pour habitude de réserver des hôtels à titre professionnel et personnel dans de nombreux pays (France, Suisse, Angleterre).
Lionel hôtel est vraiment un hôtel top. Je recommande fortement en famille, en couple, entre amis. Pour avoir été de nombreuses fois à Istanbul, vous pouvez réserver dans cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

Temizlik, konfor, çalışanların güler yüzü, lokasyon bakımlarından çok memnun kaldık. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Pros:

Otel yeni ve güzeldi. Fakat Akşam yemeği acık büfe olmasına rağmen et ürünü olarak sadece tavuk vardı. Bu nedenle ekstra ücret vererek akşam yemeği yiyeceklerin önce menüye bakmasında fayda var. Asansörler arızalı olduğu için odalara merdivenden yürüyerek gidip gelmek gerekiyordu.

Yeni ve güzel bir otel. Çalışanlar ilgili. Ancak ufak tefek sorunlar olabiliyor. Yeni bir otel için gayet normal. Kahvaltısı güzel ve doyurucu.
