Room was small but comfortable. Housekeeping during the stay could have been better (floor was not vaccumed around chair/desk area). Otherwise clean and comfortable. Water and coffee available downstairs at all times. Remember there is no elevator.
Stayed for 8 nights and slept well each and every night! The hotel is renovated and super clean. We appreciated the microwave, coffee machine and toaster in the lobby.
Not a detractor, but the shampoo they provide is a three-in-one combo with body wash. I can’t wash my hair with body wash so I had to buy shampoo from the Sainsbury Local. Just a note so other guests can come prepared.
The staff were all lovely and the location was so convenient- food and grocery just steps away, plus the tube station just 5 minutes down the road.
The first clerk put us in the basement, 2 fights of steep stairs. I had trouble.
Very clean, cozy hotel. As others noted the rooms might seem small but they are very functional and we had not issues. The patio area in the back is very nice. The lobby is nicely setup too.
I had a good stay, the rooms on the ground floor were close to the entrance a I could hear people in and out. Other than that it was okay
Room was well equipped for an overnight stay. I was on lower ground floor. Shower worked well and Smart TV was recent spec. Plenty of coffee sticks and neat built-in kettle.
Lots of shops and restaurants around. Good air conditioning.
This place is a steal given the prices of hotels in London. Walkable to the underground station and restaurants as well. The room though is small and of course, no elevator but expected that since this is an old Victorian house.
Hotel room itself was nice, high ceilings and comfy bed. However, charging ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS as a deposit is outrageous. Also, sleep not possible after 8am as the noise from the corridor is very evident as guests leave and housekeeping start.
Big room, Very clean, very friendly staff, convenient location. Drawback is that there is no lift so if you are on the second floor and you have heavy bags you may need help.
Very nice hotel in Earl's Court. Rooms very nice, very clean and well stocked with tea and coffee. Staff very friendly and attentive. Have booked return trip.
Lovely hotel, cosy (small room) but clean and had everything
Nice place, clean, helpful staff, 5 minute walk from train and subway station
I found the blanket on the bed to be on the "short" side, and I'm a small/petite person. Also - the hotel does not offer face towels, which I found to be disappointing. All hotels I've every stayed at, other all "towel" sizes.
The staff was very nice and quick to resolve any issues, I had.
I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return in the future. Very close to various restaurants, bus stop and tube. Only downside to the property is that it doesn't have a lift so you'll have to carry those bags upstairs, but other than that awesome property and staff.
No lifts. To many stairs
Hardig the front desk manager was AMAZING and SUPER HELPFULL. We will definitely
be coming back!
Very comfortable, clean and well presented rooms, with welcoming staff and a walkable distance from Hyde Park. This is now my go-to hotel in the area.
The shower was broken and extremely small my travel trailer had a bigger one. The have no amenities like coffee or tea.
