Hôtel en construction qui a du potentiel mais n’est pas prêt à accueillir des clients je pense, malgré la gentillesse et l’aide du personnel. La chambre était inspectée de moustique, sans Clim ( ce qui est insoutenable quand il fait 35 degré et que les ventilateurs chauffent encore plus la chambre. Et impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre car sinon les mouches et moustiques en profites pour entrer ) le pommeau de douche était entartré donc la douche se cantonnait à 5 micros jets.
Sinon le cadre est sympa et la piscine bien appréciable malgré les moustiques.

La atención en el restaurante y la comida es muy buena pero las habitaciones son muy calurosas, no hay aire acondicionado. Y en el baño no hay agua caliente. En la recepción uno debe esperar hasta que aparezca quien te atienda.

Me asignaron una habitacion distinta a la que reservé. No tenia aire acondicionado, ni agua caliente, ni vusta a la piscina ni al lado de la piscina.
Hotel en construcción paralizada.
Muy amablemente te chin...!

Very pleasant outdoors, good food, excellent pool, comfy beds but.. no air conditioner! That was a big let down in the tropical, him I’d weather of Quintana Roo! Our room did not have mosquito screens in door and window, so we couldn’t even have some outdoor wind moving around the room. It was a rough night.
