Great location. Staff very friendly.

Everything was bright, clean and new in the unit. Comfortable beds, easy check-in. The best thing was the exceptional location, near many amazing restaurants and about 10-15 minute walk to the train station, as well as Ca'Rezzonica, where you can pick up the Vaporretta to San Marcos square.
We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Palazzo dei Guardiani as one of the best value lodging in Venice.

Great place

Extremely clean and comfortable property. Beds are so comfortable and the decor is beautiful. From the complimentary wine and coffee to toiletries and slippers everything is so thoughtful, this attention to detail is what makes guests come back. We loved and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Everything was great

Great property. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was roomy and had everything we needed. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Great communication.

Cool

This property was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend. The property is within walking distance to a small grocery store, a larger one is about 0 minutes away walking. You can get to all of the major sites within a 20 minute walk. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and above all the apartment was spotless,

Location was great. 10 min or less walk from the bus stations. Traveled with 2 kids and 2 adults. Perfect for us all. The place was newly renovated and all the amenities we needed were available. Washer was a plus and the towel drying rack. Will highly recommend.

The concierge team was so helpful prior to our arrival and arranged a private taxi to bring us from the train station to our lodging.

The property appears recently renovated and the apartment was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were lovely amenities included in the bathroom, and the bedroom was perfect.

It is a longer walk to the main areas of interest, but we enjoyed staying away from the larger crowds and taking in some more local culture, dining, etc. Many places within walking distance to dine or go have a drink or just watch the boats go by.

Overall we highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Close to everything

Great

We loved staying at this aparthotel. The facilities in the room were excellent (laundry, drying rack and kitchen). It was in a nice quiet location which was very easy to get to from the bus station. There was a lot of room in the apartment. Everything was new and clean. The concierge were polite and helpful. They even had room slippers in the room and umbrellas to borrow in the rain. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Very comfortable and clean, quiet neighborhood conveniently located with regard to bus and vaperetto access.

Probably the nicest place we have stayed at. Everything was new and clean. Close enough to everything, but also quiet as well right on the canal. Close to Public paid parking lots and we were able to walk. We definitely would stay here again.

Well equipped throughout. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also a nicer area to stay if you don’t mind walking otherwise public transport is an easy walking distance. Staff are very helpful. I only had an internet connection problem but it was because my internet wasn’t working properly when I was outside the entrance. Doors are opened using an app.

We had such a nice experience at this property. The best was the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and also the amazing communication of the staff. We will definitely g back to this place if we are in the area again!

Great location, close to a grocery store, close to many great restaurants. We absolutely loved this place. Our hotel concierge Laura gave us wonderful recommendations. Just a short walk to the main tourist areas as well. I would highly recommended this place. Thank you for the wonderful time in Venice.
