Pros:

Fabulous efficiency units here @ South Venice Lodge! Farmer's Market Friday AM right outside my door! The always entertaining Venice Beach a short 3 block walk away!! Stay here!

Pros:

Great location, quiet, and having a kitchenette available was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great.

I didn't like the half shower door. The bathroom floor was soaked and slippery. It would have been nice to have a loveseat or something other than two mesh chairs in the small living space. Also, it isn't completely clear which units have which amenities. Pictures showed different setups. I would recommend being really clear about that in the listing. For example, I expected a washer and dryer because some pictures showed one. I came to realize this is because the units differ.


Overall, this was a great place to stay. I would stay there again.

L endroit idéal pour profiter de Venice à pieds. La literie et les coussins sont parfaits, la cuisine bien équipée. La place de parking est idéale pour un suv. On recommande fortement ce lieu. L hôte parle français et est super sympa.

Pros:

Great location like 5 minute walk to beach. It's right where Venice Beach begins, like literally where the food and Muscle Beach is. We spent 2 days at the beach and walking in the area up to Santa Monica. Shops, markets, supermarkets, etc. Are relatively close. There was a parking space provided for unit 1A where we stayed which was absolutely clutch since we drove to Venice Beach. Unit was very clean and has coffee maker, cookware plates, etc. There is a washer and dryer in unit which is also very convenient for people traveling. My one complaint would be that on unit 1A, there are patio tables directly outside the bedroom window and in the morning other residents sat at them talking loudly, watching videos on phone, smoking cigarettes. Not a deal breaker but a mild annoyance. Still give 5/5 and would stay here again.

Pros:

Great location, walking distance to Venice Beach boardwalk, loaded with all amenities. Full kitchen, big fridge, stove, microwave, washer/dryer, complimentary bottles of champagne and water, clean.
