Pros:

Poor front desk services no one knows what they are doing. Didn’t explain anything at the front desk about the rooms services even the Internet service. Bedsheet was not clear and hot water was not working. Its say non smoking room but we can smell someone smoke in our room. And there was lizard in the elevator. Door handles on most of the cabinets were broken and there was makeup on the drawer. As I booked two rooms for my family and I paid $65 per room/ per nights. It’s not worth for it.
I will never stay go back to the hotel again.

Pros:

The moment we arrived and stepped into the room it was nothing like the pictures. The walls were very dirty the bedsheets were unchanged in both our rooms and there was lipstick and hair on the pillow sheets. We got the staff to give us new ones but as they were changing the mattress underneath was so dirty we did not want to stay anymore. It’s actually cleaner to sleep at harmandir sahib on the floor in my opinion. Very disappointed with the staff as well they were very unhelpful with our AC in our room and gave a very unhelpful attitude

Stay was average. But we had to ask the staff for few things which should already be there before we entered. Like shampoo, toilet roll, extra towel. There were no hand towels, no hair dryer, no conditioner, no lotion and for shampoo they got us clinic plus shampoo pouches. Overall stay was quiet, clean room, availability of hot water, mineral water.
