Pros:

The place is clean and staff are friendly.
Needs to have better maintenance check with regards to their bathroom drain in my shower- water easily overflowed half-way to the bathroom sink.
I also have to use my shaver to create a drain or opening for my sink.

Nice private little balcony. No elevator, you have to carry your luggage up four floors.
