WELCOME HOTEL - Hellbühl Self Check-In

Self service check in did not work even after the room was supposed to be ready. Did not recieve any code to my room. Luckily the nice staff helped me check in over the phone. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Well cleaned room and nice touch with the complimentary toothbrush and paste.

Wifi signal is very poor and most of the time is out of reach

Zo easy to check in, clean rooms and enough toerist. And in a beatiful place! We are very content!

Even wennen aan het systeem, maar ging prima! Lieve personeelsleden en eten was heerlijk! Ook niet duur.

Lækkert hotel men ekstremt dårlig indtjekning

La confirmation de la réservation n'avait pas été effectuée,donc aucun code d'accès.Celle-ci a été envoyée par mail après notre arrivée !!!
SANS L'AIDE D'UN CLIENT(suisse) de l'hôtel, nous n'aurions pas pu obtenir notre chambre.
Première et dernière fois que je réserverai avec hôtels.com
Nous constatons qu'il y a eu beaucoup d'erreurs dans la gestion de la réservation.

Trés mauvaise expérience.

L’emplacement est agréable, le parking est pratique, le lit est correct. La chambre et les sanitaires étaient assez petits. Pas de climatisation. Procédure de check-in/check-out un peu fastidieuse. Plusieurs points qui témoignent d’un entretien et d’un ménage un peu bâclés. Dommage.

The first room option we were given (W001) was located in the basement, musky smell, smaller basement windows facing parking lot and trash bins. Second room offered as an option, both windows faced a brick wall. Again, enclosed smell and overall questionable cleanliness. Online check in was annoying after a long day traveling however, staff located off site were friendly and trying to be helpful. Staff onsite were hard to decipher, not helpful due to language barrier. Overall, the main areas of the hotel were not clean nor inviting.
I would highly recommend to stay away from that hotel.
We left after seeing our second option as a room and stayed at Continental Park in Luzern which was great! A little spendier but totally worth it!

Bon séjour....tranquille sauf un soir un peu bruyant, normal une petite fête à côté mais raisonnable....

Nice and calm, selfcheckin was easy. No breakfast but bakery nearby, and coffee in the room.
Fridge and cooler available, full kit hen and dishwasher.

Man könnte nachts nicht schlafen, wurde laut auf dem Balkon gefeiert. Da keine Rezeption vorhanden ist gab es leider dafür keinen Ansprechpartner. Hatten eigentlich das Hotel als Zwischenstopp gebucht. Zur Ruhe kamen wir leider nicht, hätten lieber im Auto geschlafen da wäre wenigstens Ruhe gewesen und Geld hätten wir auch noch gespart. Nie wieder

hôtel moyen mais personnel très sympa et restaurant correct. dans la chambre, pas de rideau aux fenêtres pour obscurcir. route très fréquentée donc bruyant.

Restaurant staff were amazing! Hotel rooms are very hot & the beds very uncomfortable, but it’s one of the cheapest hotels you can find in Switzerland that isn't an hostel! Bathrooms are nice too for the place. Transportation is easy via bus that comes every 30 minutes.

Check-in difficoltoso.Avevo prenotato un appartamento con cucina e mi è stata assegnata una camera standard senza alcuna precedente comunicazione, dopo 30 minuti al telefono per chiarimenti, per forza, ho accettato la nuova sistemazione rinunciando così a buona parte della cena che volevo preparare. Non ho avuto il rimborso che mi era stato promesso. Ci sono solo prese svizzere in camera. Mi sono sentito preso in giro.Mai più.

Perfect place for one night. The room temperature was indeed cold as mentioned by other guests. Generally everything else was great.
