The staff is absolutely amazing! So kind, friendly and professional. Great breakfast. Shopping center in the complex and a mall next door! So many food and restaurants in walking distance. The room was great! And once again, the front desk and service staff were fantastic!

Great hotel and comfortable stay..only complaint there was old food sitting outside my room for like 10 hours ..eventually housekeeping got it... but regardless i had an excellent stay
Having a mall as part of the building is very convenient for getting grocery items and other small things. Staff very helpful and friendly, front desk and especially the doormen.
Overall a nice stay - sroom is nice & clean, staff is helpful and friendly; the bellmen in particular went out of their way to help with parking and umbrella duty. Breakfast is sometimes buffet, sometimes ala carte. On days when it's ala carte, you have to order ahead the previous day, but they don't tell you consistently. We showed up one day to find out it was ala carte, but the only indication (after the fact) was a missed call on our telephone with no message. We got breakfast only after making a fuss. On buffet days, the food was often cold, or there was nothing left in the serving stations (at 730am). For a restaurant, they don't seem to take much pride in the buffet offering. Last complaint has been construction noise, mostly pounding and drilling in cement - tolerable during the day, but inexcusable after 9pm. One night they only stopped after calls to the front desk at 11pm and again past midnight.
Eevrything was awesome from checking in to my last day of stay. Everybody was welcoming and acxomodating. Just a suggestion to invest on providiing access to youtube and netflix, i believe it would attract more guests to stay at this hotel.
