When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that they gave our rooms away and only had singles left! The reservation clearly stated that we were check in with 4 adults and 4 children. They said for me to cancel my reservation and didn’t explain why they gave our rooms away that were already fully paid. I am still waiting my refund.

Pros:

Its near to the malls ,like double dragon , W mall and Sm moa , front desk are friendly,The front desk also speak English,tagalog and Chinese.
I expected that there will have tv in the room, but its ok there is wifi 😁.
