QCWA Kissing Point Units

We stayed in the A Cottage, fantastic. I would suggest more power points in the main bedroom, this would allow for phone charging.we only had a single point, which wasbehind the bed. This is my only issue, fabulous accommodation and very polite staff.

Great stay! Ocean view rooms are stunning!

The place was fairly clean and spacious. Directly across from the rock pool which is great. No complaints except non existent staff during check in, so we had to wait a while for someone to respond to our repeated bell ringing. When they showed up there was no apology for having to wait in the heat for so long with a small child. I would recommend for the area and the full kitchen.

I booked a townhouse - all that was left even though I travelled solo - with five beds. Very spacious and well equipped. The location is excellent - there are many good restaurants within walking distance. This is a return visit as I was happy with my previous stay, and I shall book again when I need a bed for the night.

The location is great and the room had all of the facilities that we wanted. Easy, friendly check in.

The room was clean and comfortable,reception was very friendly and helpful,parking was inside and safe,great area for walking and check lots of dinning opportunity,overal very suitable for family staying.

Fabulous location, just opposite the rock pool and an easy walk to so many eateries along the strand. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were more than adequate for our week long stay.

Overall excellent nothing more to say

Looks clean but actually filthy. Dust everywhere, on screen doors, under bed, under couch. Floor wasnt mopped or swept/vaccuumed, our feet were dirty walking on the floor. Communication/customer service was poor.
They dont even change the linen or blankets. Just remake the beds. 👀
Bathroom sliding door didnt have a guider to be able to lock the door without someone helping from the outside. Shower sliding door came off the hindges a few times during our stay.

What a great place to stay, I stay in Townsville often but have always overlooked these units. Very impressed, clean and quiet, great location. I have already booked my next trip here again.

Very well condition, spacious, clean and comfortable. The Front desk people are polite. Private area, great Ocean scenery.

The accommodation was great. It was peaceful, with great facilities

friendly staff, comfortable and clean. of course it's on the strand we loved the beachfront view, near restaurants and shops reasonable price.

Beautiful room , so close to everything...

The one bedroom unit I booked had a well-equipped kitchen and lots of space - lounge seating for four, dining table for the same and a very large patio. The
Grounds had just had a spring tidy and trim. Access from the Strand but my garden-view unit was to the rear and incredibly quiet. I was sad I only had one night.
