Kiedy przyjechalismy toaleta była brudna osrana. Cały czas jest tu remont. O 6 rano sprzątaczki odkurzaja obiekt nie szanujac ciszy nocne

Pros:

Neue Anlage etwas außerhalb des Ortes im Wald. Sehr moderne Einrichtung. Die Kolleginnen an der Rezeption waren super freundlich. Die Kommunikation erfolgte in Englisch. Wir hatten ein Apartment im EG mit kleinem eingezäunten Garten - perfekt, wenn man mit Hund reist. Parken ist vor Ort gegen Gebühr möglich. Die Tiefgarage bietet genügend Platz. Wenn man Entspannung sucht und es in Kauf nimmt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort/Richtung Strand zu gehen ist es ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Sehr neues und modernes Hotel. Tolles Personal was sich super um einen kümmert. Es ist noch nicht alles fertig, dadurch hört man tagsüber ab und zu Bau Geräusche. Insgesamt wird aber schon darauf geachtet das es nicht zu viel ist.
Wir hatten einen LUX Zimmer das wirklich schön war. Toller Balkon mit Liege und Loungemöbel. Eine Küchenzeile war auch mit im Zimmer. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Besonders schön war auch,dass es einen Shuttle Service direkt in den Ort gab. So spart man sich 15min Laufweg, was uns auch nicht störte. Aber gerade für ältere eine tolle Sache

Pros:

Very poor customer service. Walked up to the counter — three staff members present, but no one looked at me. Uninterested demeanor. Cumbersome check-in process. Extremely poor English.

Overall, an unwelcoming and impersonal hotel.
