Hotel Aria Quinta Avenida & Rooftop Playa del Carmen

The Aria Hotel was Nice on the outside. The pools were nice and clean. We were upgraded to an Apartment because the room we chose was already taken. So that was a plus. The pictures were not the same for an apartment. Everyone was really super nice. Everything is near you for food and shopping . Highly recommend the restaurant inside the hotel. The only downfall was we only got 1 complementary room cleaning the rest we had to pay for. Also on second to last day it rained heavy and in our room it was leaking in several areas including on one of the beds. And lastly if you get one of the apartment, be ready to walk lots of flight of stairs everyday, since there is no elevator. At night time it’s a bit noisy and you can hear inside room. But it was manageable

Muy bonito pero la alberca muy sucia quisimos meternos al llegar la tenían en tratamiento no las limpian por las noches y amanece igual la terraza con sala solo se puede ocupar hasta las diez no es como en otros hoteles

Hébergement très bien situé, personnel de l’accueil sympathique mais pour la chambre c’était assez ordinaire. Je n’avais pas de siège de toilette à mon arrivée, sauf qu’ils en ont installé un suite à ma demande. L’état de la piscine laisse à désirer.

estuve en mucho hoteles en playa, esto es muy bueno barato, limpio, agua ducha siempre caliente, aire enfria bien, alberca, excelente ubicacion en 5 avenida pero nada de ruido. habitacion amplia, y todos muy muy amables

Coming from America I'm very grateful for the person who checked me in. They allowed me to check in early and helped me locate this horribly located place lol the no parking thing is very inconvenient. The power went out four times. They don't give you a blanket, just a fitted sheet. The boiler always turns off. It was not clean whatsoever. The only thing I like is the people were nice and they did not ask me for a credit card

we had a great time. comfortable hotel on the fifth floor close to everything!! beach, clubs, shops and shopping center...the staff was very kind and helpful. I hope to return

Buena propiedad

I stayed at the property last year under a different hotel name. Since then the front section of the hotel has undergone some updating . I stayed recently in the front remodeled section. I had NO warm or hot water my entire stay. There is a small pool area that needs some sound restrictions for those using it. NO LOUD music ! The rooms are right next to the pool area. Hangers in the closet and a blow dryer in each room would be recommended.
I can appreciate the remodeling and updates and hope they continue to the rest of the back area of the hotel. Last year it was quiet in the back and I had hot water.

The hotel was in a great location.

Staff was very friendly, the only downside i had was my bathroom was damp very strong drainage smell.

Mould on the walls and around the shower, their needs to be a window or some kind of ventilation. My whole room just smelt of mould.
