Allt var bra, personalen var väldigt trevlig och utsikten var magiskt
Incrível. Super bem decorado e novo! Localizado bem perto das atrações.
Location is great- 5 minute walk from Haymarket station. Very lovely property. The rooms aren't real large, but offer plenty of room. The restaurant in the hotel is lovely and we had great food. Would definitely stay here again.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to several bus stops and many food options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed.
The only small things that could be improved are the storage space in the room (there’s no wardrobe, just a clothes rack) and the cleaning, as used cups were not removed during my stay.
Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it!
Great Hotel and very nice staff.
Room was not ready on arrival. Directed to the bar to wait. Charged an exorbitant price for a coffee and a small white wine.
At £300 per night I would have expected the tea/coffee/milk to have been replenished for the second night. Lovely room but poor customer service
Great stay, friendly staff and convenient location.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Rooms comfortable. Hallways rather dingy and would benefit from increased lighting.
The hotel staff were lovely. Very helpful with all our queries. The hotel was beautifully decorated, very clean, and located close to the tram and buses. We Loved the Hoxton. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Some pros and cons.
Staff very friendly. Location great. Hotel in general very nice.
But… toilet / bathroom smelt awful (room 209). Also, room was not cleaned. Which I found very weird. I went out all day, came back at 8pm and room not cleaned, bed not made, towels not picked up off floor. Either they don’t clean the rooms every day, or they forget my room. Not good.
Very nice staff and room
The Hoxton is an excellent value and very comfortable stay. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very welcoming place to be. Walkable to tram station, Dean village, old town, and new town. The pillows and bed were so comfortable…. I would definitely stay here again!!
The hotel looks great, but functionally is clearly not ready to accept guests. The lift wasn't working, the air con wasn't working, the shower pressure was terrible and the water was not hot.
The people on the desk were friendly and attempted to find us a new room when they realised we had a small dog, explaining 'floor 3 has carpets', but the lady who I presumed the Hotel Manger, was rude to them in front of us 'give them the room they were allocated' she hissed without even looking at us, she may as well of been rude to us directly. We saw her again on leaving the hotel in the morning and she just held out her hand for the room keys she nether thanked us for our stay, or wished us a good day. We were not especially high value guests, but it was our daughters first week at Edinburgh Uni and you would have had us as repeat customers for 6 years if the experience was better, and you had a different manager.
A nice stay, good location. But water pressure was a tad off on first day, also no iron/ironing board. Quite minimal but also fancy
This is a new hotel in a beautiful location. I was able to walk everywhere. Parking is not easy, so if you don’t need a car I would skip the rental. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. Food was good at the bar, I did not eat at the restaurant which is separate. Staff was incredibly friendly. The bartenders made good drink recommendations, and had quick service. The room was great. Lighting was a little weird in my opinion very soft lighting which made the room feel dark. The bath towels were huge and so cozy. I would definitely stay there again!
The rooms were comfortable and the perfect spot to be able to walk around the city. Very convenient location.
Love love love this hotel! It’s beautifully styled, super clean and cozy (I want to live in that duvet), with the most amazing staff. Everyone was absolutely lovely and always so helpful! Patatino (in house restaurant was delicious- get the gnocchi). Loved being so close to the tram, but also most places were very walkable. Thanks for making my trip so lovely!
Love Hoxtons they gave me a room at 11am because it was ready (no waiting around). Love the communal spaces - hang out there instead of the room
Lovely hotel with cozy room and pretty bath. Nice restaurant and bar. Everyone was nice and helpful.
The accommodations are spectacular - room was very comfortable. I did sort of expect a tv with some updated features like streaming however it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The restaurant was outstanding.
