Horrible, pas serviable
Pros:

Le personnel n'est pas au service des clients.
Arrivé complétement farigué à l'hôtel on me dit que ma reservation n'apparait pas et on m'a tout simplement et littéralement mis dehors, avec certes de plates excuses mais aucune aide, aucune solution.
Le problème vient d'eux et d'expedia, les conséquences : le client.
La réception m'a clairement dit qu'ils avaient supprimé l'hotel mais qu'hotels.com continuait d'afficher l'hôtel. Le meilleur moyen de dormir dans sa voiture.
