J’ai réserver pour 3 nuit,
Je préviens à l’avance que je vais arriver tard, mais il y a écris réception 24/24 donc pas de soucis. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse de l’hôtel.
Donc comme prévu, j’arrive aux alentours de 2h du matin.
Nous avons dû sonner, et toquer afin que le réceptionniste se réveille car il dormais dans le hall de l’hôtel.
Donc il cherche notre réservation, il était très fatigué, il ne trouve pas, il apelle quelqu’un qui ne décroche pas, il va réveiller quelqu’un d’autre. Au bout d’une heure rien.
Je contacte donc hôtel.com qui les appelle, ils répondent et ils comprennent donc ils raccrochent.
Tout ça jusqu’à 4h30 du matin heure à laquelle ils nous ont dis qu’il était complet et qu’il fallais qu’on parte.
Donc vraiment ne réservez pas la bas.
Que des problèmes, et ne sont pas accueillant du tout
