Great placement near to Paddington. Rooms were clean and up to date. Rooms were modern and spacious. Access to the hotel and room was easy and security conscious.
Sadly cannot recommend this hotel! Everything is done online, which is fine, since the reception is quite responsive, and is what we expected going in. Unfortunately, though, the room wasn’t clean and we arrived to find water all over the bathroom floor and the cups were dirty. I asked if they could comp the late check-out given the bathroom situation, which they did do and we appreciated that, but they did not seem to be willing to proactively compensate, even as we found more issues. It worked fine for one night but wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay!
Clean, good location, easy check in. Small bit space used well.
Online check in and communication prior to visit was very good. Air temperature in the room was warm for my liking 26 - 28c and when trying to cool it down it switched off probably to save energy. Shower pressure was quite weak. Room was nice and bigger than many you get in London.
We came to London for the Kerry James Marshall exhibition at the RA and a nearby veterinary convention. Once we figured out how to find the hotel, use the codes, and get a key pass, everything else was wonderful. Thank goodness my daughter was with me! The concierge was extremely helpful, and they happily stored our luggage. I would definitely stay here again—I actually prefer the rooms to those at the Hilton.
WAs a DIY room so no breakfast or interaction with staff which was fine, it was in an ideal location for my meeting and had lots of shops and amenities
Banging pipes all night - noisy. Cleaners outside room first thing, felt rushed to check out. Kept asking when I was checking out.
Over complicated online checkin and App system to enter the building. Welcome gift of water and packet of crisps felt like unnecessary waste. Bottle of tap water in the room and glasses would have been more eco friendly. Breakfast in the cafe was odd, no real breakfast offering, Neither of us slept due to noisy air conditioning or some unit outside the window. Room very small, little room to get around the base of the bed. Facilities to make hot drinks including pod coffee was good but lacked ability to make more that one due to lack of milk and sugar.
Cute fun little spot in a solid place near a lot. A tip for travelers it’s hard to find. Look for the Coffee Island as they share an elevator.
Nice place and easy to check into. Worst shower I’ve ver had in a hotel and very noisy pipework above the ceiling, believe it was drainage pipe from floors above, noisy enough to wake you up at night. Will try somewhere else when back in the area for business.
Great location, quiet, clean room and bath, comfortable bed. Enjoyed the welcome pack. Easy checkin and checkout. Definitely would stay there again.
Great remodeled apartment that was in a convenient location for taking the subways. No staff available however, and the website for contactless check-in had broken links for requesting services, so we were unable to leave our luggage for for an hour after check-out at 11 and had to pay an additional 50 to do so nearby. I would say it’s a good place to stay if you don’t need any of the services of a hotel or contact with anyone. Beds are nice and rooms are well appointed, and there is a lift between floors. The Main Street it is on isn’t the best and there are homeless people as your view but just a short walk for a train.
The hotel is very cramped. The rooms are tiny with no window. Very suffocating. It’s not really like a hotel with no reception desk. It’s like university hostels. Dorms. You enter through the coffee shop elevator. When you go to the floor the rooms are so cramped and at night you can hear when people come and go. I would never stay again.
Stayed at Líbere London Edgware Road for a short business trip and it was perfect. Great Wi-Fi, very clean, and the self-check-in saved me time. This place offers functional rooms in London right next to the metro.
Excellent location and brand new!
The property was located in an area of London with numerous Middle Eastern food options. The bed was comfortable and clean. The coffee shop adjacent to the property was lovely, with an excellent coffee menu.
Check in is not easy. good hotel in a great location
