Hawthorn Extended Stay By Wyndham Ft Lauderdale Cypress Crk

My room was clean and the staff was extremely polite. I’ve stayed at many hotels across the country and this has to be my favorite.

Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough about them. Room was spotless and updated. Plenty of parking. Pool looked fine. Lots of options to get food in area

Staff was great. Location is good. The room smelled a bit moldy or musty and bathroom door wouldn't shut.

The hotel staff were friendly & welcoming. I didn't get to check out the amenities since my stay was only 2 nights & it rained - so no pool time :( My room overall was spacious & comfortable, however my door didn't close smoothly - I had to push it rather forcefully to open or close it all the way. Breakfast options were good though, I appreciated having both waffles and pancakes available along with the typical eggs, meat, and bagel selection.

The property itself was what I needed. But I wouldn't stay here as like a vacation. I'll just traveling through. It's been most my time outside of the property. I just spent a little time by the pool which is nice the hot tub had some debris in there please but the net was there but could have been clean. My experience was majority of the people who stay there thought uncomfortable by the pool with so many unsupervised kids that didn't have the respect or manners of other guests. Like for example kicking a soccer ball around that could have hit somebody in the face. Playing with the emergency life wrap which they broke. Probably should supervise this area more. The room was clean I didn't have a problem with the room. The staff could use a little work as I've asked two times for towels and housekeeping one day but never got it. Had to go downstairs to get towels. Security was nice at night to watch over the vehicles. Close to the airport which was good.

Shower was completely clogged and water was brown, front desk staff was not an understanding one, lobby and halls did not have air conditioning, elevator was not working and the door for my room was jammed

Great place!!

My stay was very nice and very comfortable. The hotel was clean, quiet, and equipped with all I needed during my stay. Staff I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. I did feel that the room, while easy to control the temperature had a very humid and sticky feeling.
